Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your finished product, please return it to the address below using the original packaging within 14 days of receipt with an explanation of the problem and a contact e-mail address. Once the product is back in our possession a full refund will be given. The shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility. If the order is damaged in transit, or defective in some way, please return it to the address below within 14 days and a replacement product will be sent out to you. The return postage cost will be refunded from the amount that you paid.

Please be sure to preview your books carefully before placing your order. Images and text will be printed as they appear in the Preview. TreasureYourPics does not proofread for, or correct, any such customer generated mistakes.

TreasureYourPics is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; poor image quality derived from low-resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors.

If we have sent you a product in error, again, please return it to the address below within 14 days, and send us an e-mail stating your name, address and order number, and we will endeavour to send you the correct product. The return postage cost will be refunded from the amount that you paid.

The process used in the manufacture of our photobooks is not a photographic process.  We do not make colour correction or exposure adjustments as part of this process, if you feel you need to correct your images you must do this prior to submitting them to us.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel an order up to 24 hours after payment has been made to us. If you would like to cancel an order please e-mail us stating your name, address and order number.
